This Privacy Policy describes how the Center of Agentic Research and Education (“CARE”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to careinstitute.ai.

Information we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and a self-hosted Umami instance to understand how the site is used. These tools collect pageviews, device type, browser, referrer, and approximate geographic region (country or city, never street-level). We do not collect IP addresses in full form; Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. Delivery is handled by Buttondown.

Donations. Donations are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. Stripe provides us with a donor name and email for acknowledgment and tax-receipt purposes.

Residency applications. Applications are collected via a Google Form. The data is visible to CARE staff involved in the review process and retained for three years.

• To process donations and issue tax receipts
• To review residency applications

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure return visits. Umami does not use cookies. You can disable analytics at the browser level without affecting any site functionality.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing info@careinstitute.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
